Grilled Halibut with Turmeric Tomatoes

Grilled Halibut with Turmeric Tomatoes
Ingredients
1 cup quartered small grape tomatoes
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. lime juice
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic minced
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
2 (12- oz.) packages Full Circle Natural Halibut, thawed
Olive oil cooking spray
Directions

Add a pinch of crushed red pepper for a bit of heat. Add a pinch of crushed red pepper for a bit of heat.

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 6 to 8 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Stir together all ingredients except halibut and cooking spray in a small bowl; set aside.

2. Spray halibut on both sides with cooking spray. Grill over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Serve with marinated tomatoes.
