Red Pepper Quinoa Wraps
Red Pepper Quinoa Wraps
Ingredients
1 (4.9-oz.) box Near East Roasted Red Pepper and Basil Quinoa Blend
1 cup Rumiano Smoked Mozzarella Cheese (in our Deli) shredded
1/2 cup small white beans rinsed and drained
1/2 cup ripe olives sliced
1/2 cup roasted red peppers chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil snipped
2 La Tortilla Factory 100 Calorie 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 25 minutes Serves: 4

Cook 1 (4.9-oz.) box Near East Roasted Red Pepper and Basil Quinoa Blend, according to package directions. Stir in
1 cup shredded Rumiano Smoked Mozzarella Cheese (in our Deli), 1/2 cup each: rinsed and drained small white beans, sliced ripe olives, chopped roasted red peppers and snipped fresh basil. Microwave for 2 minutes more to heat through. Spread onto 2 La Tortilla Factory 100 Calorie 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas and roll up tightly.
Cut each in half.
