Sweet and Sour Brussels Sprouts
Sweet and Sour Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
1 lb. small Brussels sprouts in half (or quarter if large)
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. fresh ginger grated
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp. Grama's Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 15 minutes Serves: 4

Cut 1 lb. small Brussels sprouts in half (or quarter if large). Stir-fry in 2 tbsp. sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in 2 tsp. grated fresh ginger and 2 cloves minced garlic; cook for a minute more. Stir in 2 tbsp. Grama’s Sweet Chilli Sauce and 1 tbsp. rice vinegar; cook until heated thorough.
