Grilled Prosciutto Wrapped Nectarines

Grilled Prosciutto Wrapped Nectarines
Ingredients
2 firm but ripe nectarines, cut into 16 slices
16 slices prosciutto (in our Deli)
4 small bamboo skewers
2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
snipped fresh rosemary
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: about 5 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Wrap each nectarine slice in a strip of prosciutto and thread onto skewers (soaked in water to avoid burning). Grill over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, brushing with vinegar.

2. Place on a platter and immediately sprinkle with cheese and rosemary.
