Watermelon Champagne Slush
2 cups watermelon chopped
1/3 cup limoncello

Prep: 5 minutes  Freeze: several hours  Serves: 4

1. Finely mash 2 cups chopped watermelon in a small bowl.

2. Stir in 1/3 cup limoncello; cover and freeze for several hours.

3. Scrape with a fork until slushy then freeze again.

4. Spoon into 4 glasses and pour champagne over the top.
