Watermelon Sorbet
Watermelon Sorbet
1 cup Pom Wonderful Pomegranate Cherry Juice
1 cup fresh cherries pitted
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups watermelon cubed
2 tbsp. lime juice

Make sure all ingredients are very cold before adding to the ice cream maker bowl for the best results.

Prep: 20 minutes Cook: 10 minutes
Chill: several hours Serves: 6 to 8

1. Place Pom juice in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat slightly and cook for 10 minutes or until it’s reduced to 1/2 cup. Remove from heat and add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Cover and chill until very cold.
2. Puree watermelon, cherries, lime juice and reduced juice. Transfer to the bowl of an ice cream maker and freeze according to package directions. Cover and freeze until ready to serve.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
