Barbecued Salmon in Foil

Barbecued Salmon in Foil
4 (6- oz.) salmon fillets
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
3 cloves garlic, minced

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Tear 4 pieces of heavy duty foil 4 inches longer than fillets. Grease lightly and place fillets in center of foil.

2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; mix well and brush a small amount over each fillet. Bring edges of foil up over fillets and pinch edges together to seal. Grill packets over hot coals for 10 minutes.

3. Uncover and pour remaining lemon butter over top; reseal foil. Cook about 5 minutes longer or until salmon is cooked to your liking.
