Kale Corn Salad
Kale Corn Salad
2 ears fresh Amaize corn
6 cups kale leaves torn
1/2 cup walnuts chopped and toasted
1/2 cup red bell pepper minced
1/2 cup red onion minced
1/2 cup Briannas Real French Vinaigrette

Prep: 20 minutes Serves: 6

Cut kernels away from 2 ears fresh Amaize corn.
Place in a large bowl with 6 cups torn kale leaves,
1/2 cup each: chopped, toasted walnuts, minced red bell pepper, minced red onion and Briannas Real French Vinaigrette. Toss well to coat.
