2 oz. coconut rum
2 oz. milk
2 oz. fresh brewed dark roast coffee
1 oz. Patron XO Cafe (coffee liqueur)*

Roberto Acrvedo of Station 1870 in downtown Santa Rosa gave us the inspiration for this recipe. You can make it without milk for more java oomph.

Combine 2 oz. each: coconut rum, milk, fresh brewed dark roast coffee and 1 oz. Patron XO Cafe* in a tall glass over ice. Makes 1 drink.

*We recommend Patron XO Cafe as it is has a richer, less sweet flavor, but you can use your favorite coffee liqueur here, if you prefer.
