Hot Dogs with Grilled Pineapple Relish

Hot Dogs with Grilled Pineapple Relish
2 (3/4-inch thick) slices fresh pineapple, peeled
2 (1/2-inch thick) slices red onion
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
8 hot dogs
8 hot dog buns

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 8

1. Grill pineapple and onion for 2 minutes over medium-high heat to lightly char. Let cool slightly and chop. Place in a medium bowl with vinegar, brown sugar and red pepper. (May be prepared several hours ahead.)

2. Grill hot dogs over medium heat for 5 minutes or until lightly charred on all sides and heated through.

3. Place in warmed buns and top with pineapple relish.
