Blue Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Burgers
Blue Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Burgers
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup minced red onion
1 tsp. Raley's Isle of Capri Seasoned Sea Salt
Freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
2 strips Raley's Fully Cooked Bacon torn into 1/2-inch pieces
Grilled French bread or burger buns
Lettuce (optional topper)
Tomato slices (optional topper)
Red onion slices (optional topper)

Prep: 20 minutes, Cook: 8 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Mix beef, onion, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Divide into 8 equal pieces and shape into 8 very flat patties. Place equal amounts of cheese and bacon in the center of 4 patties and top with remaining patties. Press edges well to seal in filling.

2. Grill over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side or until burgers are cooked to your liking.

3. Serve on bread or buns with any optional toppers as desired.
