Smoky Salame Salad Sandwiches

Smoky Salame Salad Sandwiches
4 Sacramento Baking Company Italian Pizza Bagels
16 slices Aidells Mesquite Uncured Salame
1 cup arugula
1/4 cup shredded Rumiano Smoked Mozzarella Cheese (in our Deli)
1/4 cup California Smoked Sun-dried Tomatoes
1/4 cup red onion, minced
1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
1 tbsp. balsamic dressing

Prep: 15 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Cut bagels in half lengthwise and top each with 4 slices salame.

2. Toss remaining ingredients together, pile over salame and close sandwiches.
