Ingredients
4 Sacramento Baking Company Italian Pizza Bagels
4 slices Aidells Mesquite Uncured Salame
1 cup arugula
1/4 cup Rumiano Smoked Mozzarella Cheese (in our Deli) shredded
1/4 cup California Sun-Dry Smoked Sun- dried Tomatoes
1/4 cup red onion minced
1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts chopped
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
1 tbsp. balsamic dressing
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes Serves: 4

Cut 4 Sacramento Baking Company Italian Pizza Bagels in half lengthwise and top each with 4 slices Aidells Mesquite Uncured Salame. Toss 1 cup arugula, 1/4 cup each: shredded Rumiano Smoked Mozzarella Cheese (in our Deli), minced California Sun-Dry Smoked Sun-dried Tomatoes, minced red onion, chopped marinated artichoke hearts and sliced ripe olives in 2 tbsp. balsamic dressing. Pile over salame and close sandwiches.
