Italian Artichoke and Bean Salad

Artichoke Parmesan Bean Salad
1 (15-oz.) can cannellini beans
1/4 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 cup small cubes zucchini
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup Annie's Naturals Artichoke Parmesan Dressing
2 tbsp. smoked sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp. snipped fresh basil
2 tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
kernels from 1 ear fresh corn

Prep: 15 minutes Serves: 3

Rinse and drain 1 (15-oz.) can cannellini beans. Place in a medium bowl with 1/4 cup each: chopped marinated artichoke hearts, small cubes zucchini, sliced green onions and Annie’s Naturals Artichoke Parmesan Dressing, 2 tbsp. each: minced smoked sun-dried tomatoes, snipped fresh basil and shredded Parmesan cheese and the kernels from 1 ear fresh corn. Stir until ingredients are well mixed. Recipe may be doubled.
