Ingredients
1 (10.5- oz.) bag miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup butter, plus additional for shaping popcorn balls
4 tbsp. Jell-O powder (any flavor)
Food coloring
1 package b utter-flavored microwave popcorn, popped
Directions

Prep: 20 minutes Cook: 10 minutes Makes: 10 popcorn balls

1. Melt marshmallows, 1/4 cup butter and Jell-O powder in a large pot over medium-low heat, stirring frequently. Add a few drops of food coloring for extra color.
2. Place popped popcorn in a bowl and discard unpopped kernels. Add to marshmallow mixture and stir until well-coated with mixture. Let cool slightly.
3. Rub a small amount of butter onto hands, then roll popcorn into baseball-size balls. Let cool, then wrap tightly in plastic wrap until ready to serve.
