Falafel Burgers

Falafel Turkey Burgers
1 (20- oz.) package lean ground turkey
1/2 of a 6.35- oz. package Telma Falafel Mix (1 pouch)*
1/3 cup chopped Nob Hill Trading Co. roasted bell peppers
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 large or 6 small rolls, halved and toasted
4 to 6 romaine lettuce leaves
4 to 6 tomato slices
1/4 cup Lemon Tahini Sauce (see link to recipe in directions)
*Found in the Kosher Foods section.

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes

1. Mix together turkey, falafel mix, peppers, onion and garlic salt in a bowl until well combined. Shape into 4 or 6 patties, depending on size of rolls.

2. Cook on a well-oiled grill for 5 to 7 minutes on each side over medium heat. Place burgers on toasted rolls and top with lettuce and tomato. Serve with Lemon Tahini Sauce.
