Ham and Cheese Strudel

Ham and Cheese Strudel
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 small cloves garlic, minced
10 sheets filo dough
4 oz. thinly sliced Raley's Ham
3 oz. sliced Parrano cheese

Prep: 20 minutes, Cook: 18 to 20 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Melt together butter, tarragon, mustard and garlic; keep warm.

3. Lay filo dough flat on a board and cover with a damp towel. Place one filo sheet on prepared baking sheet and brush lightly with butter mixture. Repeat with remaining sheets, brushing each lightly with butter mixture.

4. Lay ham and cheese down center of filo; fold over each side to enclose filling.

5. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Let cool slightly before cutting into 6 slices.
