Corned Beef and Cabbage Sandwiches

Corned Beef and Cabbage Sandwiches
4 cups coleslaw mix (in our Produce dept.)
1/4 cup Girard's Light Champagne Dressing
1-1/2 tbsp. Spicy brown mustard
12 oz. thinly sliced corned beef (in our Deli)
8 slices rye bread
4 slices Swiss cheese

Prep: 10 minutes  Serves: 4

1. Stir together coleslaw mix, dressing and mustard in a medium bowl.
2. Place equal amounts of corned beef on 4 bread slices. Top each with 1 cheese slice and equal amounts of slaw mixture. Top with remaining bread slices.
