Corned Beef and Cabbage Sandwiches
Ingredients
4 cups Dole Cole Slaw
1/4 cup Girard's Light Champagne Dressing
1-1/2 tbsp. Kosciusko Beer Mustard
12 oz. thinly sliced corned beef (in our Deli)
8 slices rye bread
4 slices Swiss cheese
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

Stir together coleslaw mix, dressing and mustard in a medium bowl. Place equal amounts of corned beef on 4 bread slices. Top each with 1 cheese slice and equal amounts of slaw mixture. Top with remaining bread slices.
