Easy Shepherd's Pie
Easy Shepherd's Pie
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup mixed vegetables thawed
1/2 cup Ore-Ida Chopped Onions thawed
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (12- oz.) jar beef gravy
1-1/2 cups Inland Valley Mashed Potatoes thawed
1 package of cheddar cheese, optional shredded
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes

Preheat oven to 425°F. Brown ground beef in a
large skillet until most of the pink is gone. Drain
excess fat; add gravy, vegetables, onions and
Worcestershire sauce to skillet. Bring to a boil,
then transfer to four 2-cup ramekins or other
ovenproof dishes. Spread equal amounts of
mashed potatoes over the surface of each
ramekin, leaving the surface of potatoes rough.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
