Fig Balsamic Olives
Fig Balsamic Olives
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 (6- oz.) cans extra large ripe olives
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup red wine
2 tbsp. Dalmatia Fig Spread (in our Deli)
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1 tbsp. finely grated orange zest

Prep: 10 minutes  Cook: 10 minutes  Serves: 8 

Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 well-drained (6-oz.) cans extra large ripe olives and 4 cloves minced garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, then stir in 1/4 cup red wine, 2 tbsp. Dalmatia Fig Spread (in our Deli) and 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar. Cook for a few minutes more or until excess liquid has cooked off. Stir in 1 tbsp. each: chopped fresh rosemary and finely grated orange zest. Serve warm.
