Pear and Elderflower Salad

Pear and Elderflower Salad
1/4 cup St-Germain liqueur
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup sherry vinegar
2 ripe pears, cored and thinly sliced
2 shallots, thinly sliced
Freshly ground sea salt and pepper to taste
Baby greens or butter lettuce blend
Chopped walnuts, toasted (optional topper)

Prep: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Stir together liqueur, olive oil and vinegar in a medium bowl. Add pears and shallots; season to taste with freshly ground sea salt and pepper.

2. Serve over baby greens and sprinkle with walnuts, if you like.
