Grilled Cerveza Chicken
Grilled Cerveza Chicken
1 cup dark Mexican beer (such as Negra Modelo)
1/2 cup finely minced onion
1/2 cup ightly packed cilantro leaves
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. agave nectar
1 tbsp. Art of Chipotle Gourmet Paste
1 tsp. sea salt
4 cloves minced garlic
1-1/2 lbs. Raley’s natural boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 large resealable bag

Prep: 15 minutes  Cook: 10 minutes  
Marinade: several hours or overnight  Serves: 4

Place 1 cup dark Mexican beer (such as Negra Modelo), 1/2 cup finely minced onion, 1/2 cup lightly packed cilantro leaves, 2 tbsp. lime juice, 1 tbsp. each: agave nectar and Art of Chipotle Gourmet Paste, 1 tsp. sea salt and 4 cloves minced garlic in a large resealable bag. Squeeze to mix and add 1½ lbs. boneless, skinless Raley’s Fresh Chicken breasts. Seal bag and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Grill chicken over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
