Kung Pao Turkey Sliders
Ingredients
1 (20- oz.) package lean ground turkey
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Kung Pao sauce
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1 egg
1 package King's Hawaiian Rolls (near our Bakery) or other small rolls, split
Shredded romaine lettuce
Directions

Serve with additional Kung Pao sauce for extra spice!  

Prep: 20 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 4  

1. Stir together all ingredients except rolls and lettuce in a medium bowl; shape into 12 small flat patties.

2. Cook in a medium-size nonstick skillet over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve on rolls with lettuce and additional Kung Pao sauce, if you like.
