Ancho Barbecue Beef Soft Tacos

Ancho Barbecue Beef Soft Tacos
1 lb. lean ground beef
1-1/2 tbsp. Raley's Ancho Barbecue Seasoning Blend
1/2 cup Frontera Jalapeno Cilantro or Roasted Tomato Salsa
3 tbsp. lime juice
1 (4- oz.) can diced green chiles
8 handmade-style corn tortillas, warmed
Shredded romaine lettuce
tomatoes Diced
Shredded Jack cheese
Guacamole (optional)

Serve in soft corn tortillas with lettuce and tomato or wrap in a flour tortilla to make a burrito. 

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 to 15 minutes, Serves: 4 

1. Cook beef and ancho seasoning in a large skillet until nicely browned. Stir in salsa, lime juice and chiles; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. 

2. Spoon into tortillas and top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Serve with guacamole, if you like.
