Turkey and Cornbread Stuffing
1 (20- oz.) package Jennie-O Turkey Store Lean Ground Turkey
1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 tbsp. butter
1 (6- oz.) box Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing Mix divided
1/2 cup onion minced
1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped
1 egg
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir water and butter into stuffing mix; let stand for a few minutes. Mix turkey, 1 cup stuffing, onion, pepper and egg in a medium bowl with your hands; shape into 4 small round loaves, flattening slightly. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. Serve with remaining stuffing, mashed potatoes and turkey gravy.

Makes 4 servings.
