Peach Pecan Pancakes

Peach Pecan Pancakes
Ingredients
2 cups Kodiak Whole Grain Pancake Mix
1 (11.5- oz.) can Kerns Peach Nectar
3/4 cup fresh peaches peeled, chopped
1/4 cup Emerald Glazed Pie Pecans chopped
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Whipped cream and additional peach slices (optional)
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

Stir together pancake mix, nectar, peaches,
pecans and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Pour
about 1/4 cup at a time into a lightly buttered
nonstick skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes or until
very bubbly on top. Turn and cook for 3 minutes
more. Top with additional whipped cream and
peaches, if you like.

Makes 6 servings.

Tip! Thin melted peach jam with a little peach
nectar or orange juice and serve warm over
pancakes.
