Peach Cobbler Shake
Peach Cobbler Shake
Ingredients
1/2 cup Bisquick Baking Mix
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. Brummel and Brown Spread or butter
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 cups fresh peeled peach chunks (about 1½ large peaches) or frozen sliced peaches
2 cups fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup Silk Vanilla Soymilk
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes Serves: 4

1. Mix baking mix, sugar, spread and cinnamon with a fork in a microwave-safe plate or bowl until crumbly.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 1½ minutes, then stir with fork. Microwave for 1 to 2 more minutes, stirring every minute, or until dry and crumbly.
3. Combine peaches, frozen yogurt, soymilk and 3/4 of crumbly mixture in a blender; blend until well-mixed. Pour into a tall glass; top with remaining mixture.
 
Tip: For an adult shake, add a few tbsp. peach brandy.
