Tomato Asiago Crisps
Tomato Asiago Crisps
Ingredients
1 sheet thawed puff pastry from a 17.25 oz. box
4 tbsp. minced sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 10 to 15 minutes, Makes: 24 crisps

1. Unfold puff pastry on a lightly floured board. Cut into three long pieces. Spread tomatoes and cheese evenly over the surface of two of the pastry pieces.

2. Place one on top of the other and lay the third piece over the top. Press the surface very firmly to compress all ingredients. Cut into 1/2- inch strips; twist each strip 2 or 3 times.

3. Place on parchment lined baking sheets and bake at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Store in an airtight container.
