Santa Fe Beef Stew
2 cups refrigerated diced potatoes with onions
3 cups bite-size pieces Harris Ranch Cooked tri tip
2 cups Raley's Fresh Produce Pico de Gallo
1 (12- oz.) jar beef gravy
1 (10- oz.) can Las Palmas Enchilada Sauce
1 to 2 tsp. Morton & Bassett Mexican Blend Seasoning
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 20 minutes

Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Place
equal amounts of mixture onto 4 large pieces of
heavy duty foil. Bring up sides and fold over twice.
Fold over ends to seal, leaving room for air to
circulate. Grill over medium heat for about 20
