Fiery Jalapeño Steaks

Fiery Jalapeño Steaks
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. each: chili powder and garlic salt
1/4 tsp. each: ground cumin and oregano
1 lb. beef steaks, such as coulotte, sirloin or other grilling steaks
2 large jalapeño peppers
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: about 10 minutes

Stir together all seasonings in a small bowl and sprinkle over both sides of steaks. Cook on a lightly oiled grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side or until steaks are cooked to your liking. While steaks are cooking, grill jalapeño peppers until well charred. Remove from grill and thinly slice. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with salt; spoon over steaks.
