1 kiwi fruit peeled and sliced
4 oz. Australian Chardonnay chilled
2 oz. Raley's Seltzer Water chilled
Splash of Midori

Prep: 5 minutes Freeze: at least 2 hours Serves: 1

1. Freeze kiwi slices in a covered container for at least 2 hours.
2. Pour Chardonnay and seltzer water into a tall glass.
3. Add Midori; stir together. Add kiwi slices. (As the kiwi slices thaw, the flavor soaks into the cooler).
