Aussie Cooler

Aussie Cooler
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
4 oz. Australian Chardonnay, chilled
2 oz. Raley's Seltzer Water, chilled
Splash of Midori

Prep: 5 minutes, Freeze: at least 2 hours, Makes: 1

1. Freeze kiwi slices in a covered container for at least 2 hours.

2. Pour Chardonnay and seltzer water into a tall glass.

3. Add Midori; stir together. Add kiwi slices. (As the kiwi slices thaw, the flavor soaks into the cooler).
