South Pacific Slushy Sangria
South Pacific Slushy Sangria
1 (750-ml.) bottle zinfandel or fruity red wine
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup mango juice
1/2 cup brandy
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
Prep: 5 to 10 minutes Freeze: at least 4 hours Serves: 6 to 8
Stir together all ingredients in a large pitcher. Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4 to 9 hours, depending on your freezer. Spoon into tall glasses. 
Tip: Sangria can be made in advance and kept in the freezer, as the alcohol keeps it from freezing completely.
