Texas Brisket Sauce
1 cup ketchup
2/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. each: garlic powder, onion powder
and ground cumin
1/4 tsp. each: black pepper
and cayenne pepper
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 30 minutes

Stir together all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Serve over sliced Texas BBQ Beef Brisket (see separate recipe.)

Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
