Chipotle Spiced Turkey Breast
Chipotle Spiced Turkey Breast
1 (20- oz.) package turkey breast tenderloins
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup onion finely minced
1/4 cup lime juice
3 to 4 tbsp. Art of Chipotle Gourmet Chile Paste
1 tbsp. cilantro chopped
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. each: oregano and salt
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 25 to 30 minutes

Rinse turkey and pat dry. To prepare marinade, stir together remaining ingredients and place half of mixture in a resealable plastic bag; add turkey and seal bag. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Cook turkey on a lightly oiled grill over medium heat for about 25 to 30 minutes, turning several times to avoid burning. Baste liberally with reserved marinade during the last 10 minutes of grilling. Remove from grill and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with desired salsa.

Makes 6 servings.

Serve with Grilled Tomatillo, Chipotle Tomato Salsa (see separate recipe) or your favorite prepared salsa.
