Tropical Fruit and Nut Oats

Tropical Fruit and Nut Oats
Ingredients
1 frozen disk Raley's Steel Cut Oats
2 tbsp. chopped pineapple
2 tbsp. chopped mango
3 tbsp. Blue Diamond Vanilla Coconut Almond Breeze
2 tbsp. Chobani Pineapple or Mango Greek Yogurt
4 macadamia nuts, chopped
Directions

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 3 minutes, Serves: 1

1. Place one frozen disk into a 1-cup bowl. Top with pineapple and mango. Pour Almond Breeze over the top and cover with plastic wrap.

2. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir and cook for 1 minute more. Add yogurt and sprinkle with macadamia nuts.
