Cinnamon Apple Oats

Cinnamon Apple Oats
1 frozen disk Raley's Steel Cut Oats
1/4 cup apple, diced
1 tbsp. dried cranberries
1 pinch cinnamon
1/4 cup Barsotti Apple Cider
(in our Produce Dept.)
2 tbsp. vanilla Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. Seneca Cinnamon Apple Chips, coarsely broken

Prep: 5 minutes  Cook: 3 minutes  Serves: 1

Place one frozen disk Raley’s Steel Cut Oats into a 1-cup bowl. Top with 1/4 cup diced apple, 1 tbsp. dried cranberries and a pinch of cinnamon. Pour 1/4 cup Barsotti Apple Cider (in our Produce Dept.) over the top and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir and cook for 1 minute more. Top with 2 tbsp. vanilla Greek yogurt and sprinkle with 1 tbsp. coarsely broken Seneca Cinnamon Apple Chips.
