Raspberry Protein Shake
Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup ice cubes
3/4 cup organic nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. GeniSoy Vanilla Soy Protein Shake
1 tsp. flaxseed oil
Directions

Prep: 5 minutes Serves: 1

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
