Honeydew Avocado Jalapeño Ice Cream
Honeydew Avocado Jalapeño Ice Cream
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup milk
1 cup cubed honeydew melon
3/4 cup sugar
2 medium jalapeño peppers, stemmed and seeded
1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

Prep: 15 minutes  Chill: several hours  Serves: 8

1. Puree all ingredients in a blender.
2. Transfer to the bowl of an ice cream maker and freeze according to
    manufacturer’s instructions.
3. Remove paddle and freeze ice cream until ready to serve.
