Piri Piri Grill

Piri Piri Grill
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 to 4 tbsp. chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Sea salt to taste

Spicy and tangy, this Portuguese sauce is a simple and beautiful seasoning for shrimp or chicken. For a change of pace, double the recipe and slather grilled ribs with sauce.

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 5 minutes, Serves: 4 to 6

1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer; cook for 5 minutes.

2. Brush liberally over your favorite cooked meat.
