Habanero Peach Marinated Chicken

Habanero Peach Marinated Chicken
1½ cups fresh peach slices, peeled
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. agave nectar
2 tsp. salt
10 cloves garlic
2 to 3 habanero peppers, stemmed and seeded
1 cup lightly packed cilantro leaves and stems, very coarsely chopped
1½ lbs. Raley’s fresh boneless, skinless chicken breasts, flattened slightly

Prep: 15 minutes,  Marinate: overnight, Cook: 10 minutes,  Serves: 4

1. Puree all ingredients except cilantro and chicken in a blender or food processor. Transfer to a large resealable bag and add cilantro and chicken. Seal well and refrigerate several hours or overnight for best flavor.

2. Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade.* Cook on a well-oiled grill over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through.

*Marinade may also be simmered over low heat for 15 minutes or until thickened and spooned over chicken.
