Surimi Avocado Boats

Surimi Avocado Boats
Ingredients
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup Makoto Ginger Dressing
1 (8-oz.) package laked surimi (in our Seafood Dept.)
1 hot house cucumber, peeled and chopped (about 2 cups)
2 large firm but ripe avocados, halved and pitted
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
Sriracha sauce (optional)
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Stir together green onions, dressing, surimi and cucumber in a medium bowl.  
2. Spoon into avocado halves and top with sesame seeds and Sriracha, if you like.
