California Style Niçoise Salad
California Style Niçoise Salad
Ingredients
2 small ahi tuna steaks
1 tsp. Mexican seasoning blend
1/4 tsp. sea salt
4 cups Cut ’N Clean Rainbow Kale Salad
1/2 cup diced heirloom tomato
1/2 cup cubed avocado
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
1/4 cup sliced green onions
cilantro leaves
2 tbsp. Briannas Real French Vinaigrette
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes  Cook: 4 minutes  Serves: 2

Sprinkle 2 small ahi tuna steaks with 1 tsp. Mexican seasoning blend and 1/4 tsp. sea salt. Cook on a well-oiled grill over high heat for 2 minutes on each side or until seared on the outside. Place 4 cups Cut ’N Clean Rainbow Kale Salad (in our Produce Dept.) into 2 bowls. Place 1/2 cup each: diced heirloom tomato and cubed avocado, 1/4 cup each: pitted kalamata olives and sliced green onions into each bowl. Thinly slice ahi and place in bowl. Drizzle with 2 tbsp. Briannas Real French Vinaigrette and sprinkle with cilantro leaves, if you like.
