Tomato Bulgur Salad

Tomato Bulgur Salad
Ingredients
4 cups boiling water
2 cups bulgur
2 cups small grape tomatoes, quartered
1 cups olive oil vinaigrette
1/2 cups Italian parsley, chopped
3/4 cups red onion, minced
2 tsp. Raley’s Garam Masala Seasoning
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
Season to taste with garlic salt and pepper
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes  Stand: 20 minutes  Chill: 1 hour Serves: 6

Pour 4 cups boiling water over 2 cups bulgur; cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Drain well and place in a medium bowl. Stir in 2 cups quartered, small grape tomatoes, 1 cup olive oil vinaigrette, 1/2 cup chopped Italian parsley, 3/4 cup minced red onion, 2 tsp. Raley’s Garam Masala Seasoning and 1 can rinsed and drained garbanzo beans. Season to taste with garlic salt and pepper; cover and chill for at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.
