Grilled Heirloom Bruschetta Flatbread
Grilled Heirloom Bruschetta Flatbread
Ingredients
4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese torn into 1/2-inch pieces
1 pkg. Stonefire Grill Whole Grain Naan Bread
3/4 cups heirloom tomatoes, diced
1/3 cups Sable & Rosenfeld Olive Bruschetta, drained
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
extra virgin olive oil
snipped fresh basil
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 6 to 8

Tear 4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese into 1/2-inch pieces and place on 1 package Stonefire Grill Whole Grain Naan Bread (in our Deli). Top with 3/4 cup diced heirloom tomatoes, 1/3 cup drained Sable & Rosenfeld Olive Bruschetta, 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese and a light drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Grill over indirect heat for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasty, rotating occasionally. Sprinkle with snipped fresh basil.
