Ingredients
1 (14-oz.) Raley’s Pizza Dough Ball
1/2 cup crème fraîche (in our Deli)
2/3 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked crisp and broken into pieces
Directions

A dish originally cooked in wood-fired ovens by Alsatian farmers, we like this savory tart for its crispy-bubbly deliciousness.

Prep: 15 minutes  Cook: about 12 minutes  Serves: 4 to 6

1. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll dough into an oval as thinly as possible on a lightly floured board.
2. Transfer to baking sheet and spread with crème fraîche. Sprinkle with cheese, then top with onion and bacon.
3. Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
