Banana Yogurt Breakfast Shake
Ingredients
1 small banana, chopped
1 (6- oz. cup) vanilla yogurt
1/2 tsp. finely ground Raley's Coffee
Dash of cinnamon
Directions

Plan ahead - You'll need a frozen banana for this recipe. Try using vanilla or honey Greek yogurt for extra protein.

Prep: 5 minutes, Freeze: about 2 hours, Serves: 1


1. Place banana in a single layer on a small baking sheet lined with foil or plastic wrap. Freeze until firm, then transfer to a small resealable bag or other freezer-safe container.

2. Puree yogurt, banana, coffee and cinnamon in a blender or small food processor until smooth.

Variation: Add 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder.
