Apple Almond Slaw with Apple Vinaigrette
Apple Almond Slaw with Apple Vinaigrette
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1-1/2 tbsp. undiluted apple juice concentrate
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 (12- oz.) bag Mann's Rainbow Salad (in our Produce Dept.)
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 medium apple, cut into bite-size strips
3/4 cup Almond Accents Honey Roasted or Honey Roasted with Cranberries

Prep: 15 minutes, Chill: 30 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Stir together olive oil, cider vinegar, apple juice concentrate, honey and sea salt in a large bowl. Add rainbow salad, green onions and apple. Toss well to coat.

2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Toss with Almond Accents just before serving.
