Olive Flatbread
Olive Flatbread
1 burrito-size flour tortilla
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (in our Deli)
1/4 cup Sable and Rosenfeld Olive Bruschetta, well-drained
1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts
1-1/2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Snipped fresh rosemary

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 2 large or 4 small

1. Place tortilla on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, well-drained bruschetta, hazelnuts and Parmesan cheese.

2. Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes or until tortilla is golden brown. Sprinkle with rosemary, if you like.
