Chicken, Bacon and Aged Gouda Salad
Ingredients
2 cups rotisserie chicken diced and chilled
1/4 cup thin red onion pieces bite-size
4 strips Raley's Thick Cut Bacon cooked crisp
1 large Fuji apple cored and cut into bite-size slices
1/2 cup light olive oil vinaigrette
1/2 cup aged Gouda cheese shaved
Directions
Prep time: 15 minutes

Stir together chicken, onion, bacon and apple in a medium bowl. Add vinaigrette and toss well to coat. Top with cheese. Serve over desired greens.
