Pear, Pecan and Pepper Salad
2 cups rotisserie chicken meat diced, chilled
1 Large ripe but firm Bartlett pear cut in to bite-size pieces
1/2 cup red bell pepper bite-size julienne strips
1/3 cup pecans coarsely chopped, toasted
1/3 cup Girard's Light Champagne Dressing
2 small green onions sliced
Prep time: 10 minutes

Toss all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Serve over spring mix greens, if you like.

Makes 4 servings.
